Antigua casa rectoral en piedra, con arquitectura tradicional de la zona. Situada a 865 m de altitud entre la cordillera Cantábrica y la sierra del Aramo, conformando un paisaje alpino con una vegetación exuberante. Dispone de equipo musical. Cuenta con un finca de 800 metros cuadrados con bacanales de césped y mucha arboleda. La zona es idónea para el senderismo, travesías de alta montaña y para la contemplación de la más pura naturaleza –bosques, prados, montañas, etc.— desde los propios jardines de la casa.
Vivienda unifamiliar de dos plantas. En la planta baja dispone de cocina, salón con chimenea, TV y vídeo y un baño completo. La primera planta cuenta con salón distribuidor con chimenea y una pequeña biblioteca, cuatro habitaciones y baño completo con lavadora y salida a un corredor asturiano. La casa está totalmente equipada y es de muy fácil acceso para todo tipo de personas. La finca está rodeada de muros de piedra por lo que da a los ocupantes una independencia absoluta.
Hay tres habitaciones dobles y una individual, todas exteriores con maravillosas vistas panorámicas.
Acceso y localización:
Está situado a 14 km de Pola de Lena, desde donde se accede por la carretera AS-230. Dista de Bárzana (capital del concejo) 7 km, por donde también se accede a través de los valles del Trubia, desde Oviedo

Old rectory house, that belonged to the Church, made of stone, following the tradicional architecture of the area. Two floors house. Located bet ween the Cantabric Mountains and the Aramo Mountains, 800 metres above sea level, it is surroned by mountanious landscapes and luxuriant vegetation. The house is in a 800 square metres country state with lots of trees. The area is ideal for hiking, high mountain routes or just to enjoy yourself contemplating the purest nature – forests, trees, mountains, meadows – from the garden of the house.
Two floors detached house. Ground floor: Kitchen, sitting room with chimney, TV and video and a fully-equipped bathroom. Firts floor: hall and sitting room with chimney, a small library, 4 bedrooms with access to the balcony and a fully-equipped bathroom with washing machine. The house has all mod cons and asn easy access for every body. Big country state outside the house, fenced by a stone wall, what gives indecency to the customers.
There are threee double romos and one single room. All them are external romos with wonderful panoramic views.
Access and Location:
14 km far from Pola de Lena, where you have to take the AS-230. If you come from Oviedo, it is 7 km far from Bárzana, the Capital of the Council, going through the Trubia Valley. You can go to Pola de Lena and then take the AS-230 to Llanuces or you can go to Trubia by the N-634 and then take the AS-228 and AS-229 through Proaza, Quirós and Llanuces.
